Terms of Service

Last updated: March 23, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Signew ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users — professionals who create signing links, individuals who sign documents, and third parties who access verification pages.

2. Description of Service

Signew is a document signing and verification platform. Professionals upload waiver templates, generate unique signing links, and share them with individuals who sign digitally. Signed documents can be verified by third parties through secure verification links. Signew is a signing convenience layer — we facilitate the signing process and provide verification, but we are not a party to the agreements signed through the platform.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload, sign, or distribute any content that is illegal, fraudulent, or infringes on the rights of others.
  • Impersonate another person or entity.
  • Forge signatures or misrepresent the identity of a signer.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
  • Use the Service for mass unsolicited communications or spam.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

5. Document Content

You are solely responsible for the content of documents uploaded to and signed through the Service. Signew does not review, approve, or endorse the content of any document. We are not responsible for the legal validity or enforceability of documents signed through the platform — consult a legal professional for advice on your specific situation.

6. Digital Signatures

The Service enables digital signatures through a drawn signature capture. By signing a document through Signew, the signer acknowledges that they intend to sign the document and that the digital signature constitutes their agreement to the document's terms. Signew records the signer's name, signature image, timestamp, and browser metadata as part of the signing record.

7. Verification

Verification links confirm that a document was signed through the Signew platform at a specific time by a specific individual. Verification does not constitute a legal certification or notarization. The verification page displays the signed document, signer information, and signing metadata.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Signew. You retain ownership of all documents you upload or sign through the platform. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it as necessary to provide the Service.

10. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signew shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements. We do not provide legal advice and make no representations about the legal validity of documents signed through the platform.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, but provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

14. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles.
